I am an Institution
Can I use the platform for any course that my institution offers?
Yes. The platform is for general use. We even have ways to insert complex formulas to compose the questionnaire.
Can I establish a period so that the platform is open for participants to respond?
Yes. In the exam configuration section, you can parameterize the closing/start and end times of the evaluation.
Regarding the ratings, is it possible to configure the value and weight of each question?
Yes. You can configure the grade for each question. At the end, it will be calculated automatically (if the question is multiple option) and according to the corrections applied.
In the case of corrections, is it possible to correct and then release the grades?
Yes. The grades will be released by you or by the institution. An email will be sent so that each participant can check their score.
Will there be any additional costs?
The platform is free to use for participants in any evaluation. Only the institution will pay for the contracted plan. Nothing more!
We have our digital teaching content. Is there any area on the platform where we can make it available to our students?
We have an exclusive area where you can make all educational material available and share it with students easily. Something very similar to Google Classroom.
I am a Student
As a student or participant in an exam, will I be charged for using the platform?
No. Students or participants in any evaluation have free access. You will not be charged a single cent for its use.
I only have internet access through my cell phone. Can I access it from my phone?
Yes. The Educatena platform is fully compatible with any device - smartphones, tablets, computers, notebooks.
Can I log in with my Facebook or Google account?
Yes. We have integration with the authentication system and access release through Facebook and Google. Feel free to log in through any authentication method.
Is there any way to interact with my classmates?
Yes. We have a chat feature per class. In it you can chat, exchange knowledge and interact with all your classmates.
I would like to track the schedules of my online exams. Does the Educatena platform have this feature?
Yes. We have an assessment calendar, which when the teacher creates the exam, it automatically goes to it. There are also notifications, which you receive an email and a notification within the platform. Everything so you don't miss your assessment content.
I missed the date/time of my exam and the platform won't let me open my assessment. Can I still answer it?
It depends. If your institution and/or the teacher wants, they can release the assessment to be taken again. Just have the institution access the platform and release the assessment.
